Honeybrains at Saks — Restaurant in New York

I recently had the pleasure of visiting honey brains and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Everything outstanding. But what really stood out to me was the attention of Gabriel. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, caring and polite. He greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations.

Throughout my meal, he checked in on me to make sure everything was to my liking, and he even offered some helpful tips on how to maintain a healthy diet with the ingredients that they offer. His passion for health and wellness was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt welcome and cared for.

I can say that the jerk salmon bowl was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Also, I particularly enjoyed the citrus rosemary pressed juice and the blueberries parfait, which were both bursting with flavor and packed with nutrients.

Overall, I would highly recommend this healthy place of drinks and food to anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal. And a big shout-out to Gabriel, the guy who was in charge for making my experience so enjoyable with his helpfulness, caring and politeness. Ordered large hot chocolate here on two separate occasions- the first time the tall skinny guy making my hot chocolate handed me a small cup with only warm frothy milk in it (no chocolate in sight!) so I brought it back and showed the cashier and he made me another hot chocolate (this time with chocolate in it in a large cup, like I ordered). The second time I ordered the same large hot chocolate and received it in a small cup again, this time with a little amount of chocolate. The male staff here need to be trained properly because they obviously can't get orders right- who makes hot chocolate without any...

First, the positive - the cashier was so sweet!

I got the chicken sandwich and it looked good but the chicken was super strange texture and really pink. An immediate no for me. Maybe the rest of the menu is better?

What really gave me the ick was the owner or manager sitting around and randomly commenting on the employees work. Telling them to sweep the floor etc. It was unprofessional to do in front of guests and honestly just a turn off.

I wish Saks had a nicer sit down restaurant. I wouldn’t...
