Bank of America Financial Center — Local services in New York

After I went this place today. I am totally and extremely disappointed with Bank of America. Let me tell you my horrible experience with Bank of America. I have a business account here many years . On 10/01, I mailed my rent check to landlord by mail box near post office. which I used to do. I checked my bank account during the night on 10/5 if landlord took the rent. I was shocked my money is gone $11251. But I wrote $8851. After few minutes I figured out. Someone stole my check , copied and rewrote the name and amount. Then use fake copy deposit by BOA app. Because I can see the fake check picture front and back on app. I call customer service and reported as soon as possible. I tried to explain what’s going on. But customer service little mad me . Because I did not follow her say yes or no. I did not feel she understood my situation . I called every day. Customer service always say they need business days to handle it. Today 10/11 I got email and asked me fill the form and fax to them. That’s why I rush to this place from New Jersey. I don’t have printer, staples closed near the bank. The guy in front of desk asked me print the form first or make an appointment then they can help me. I thought they can help me print a few paper forms and fill out. Then fax them. It won’t cost too much and Maybe just spend 30 mins. I am wrong. My bank account money gone. No one cares about it. I want to ask Bank of America. I didn’t make any mistake. You did not check or verified check is real or not. Took money from my account just by a fake check copy. Excuse me. It’s your bank fault. Bank should respond to that. I should ask your bank where is my money. Not you asked me to offer lots of documents and bring me so much trouble and stress. I want to say Bank of America. I have been customer of BOA and Wells Fargo and Citibank for over 20years， although I never have big saving or deposit there. I have travelled the west coast, the south and east coast. However, this branch at 835, 8th Ave just impressed me out of the water. A gentleman Mr Mohamed Imam was extremely helpful and patient with me even though I am such small insignificant customer, and helped me on my credit card and Debit card. He also arranged my required document sent to me and I got it within 2 business days in my apartment... Another event really impressed me was that while I was leaving I overheard the branch manager helping out a minority customer who was apparently in some kind of delivery job. He did not understand why his credit card was charged by Netflix in a periodic manner. I was awed by the branch manager's amazing patience helping this small customer who barely have fund in his account and explained to him like a family member would.... I would say even my sister would not be that patient. Being a minority myself, I truly admire that branch manager's effort out of her simple kindness instead of expected business return. Our world would be so much better if we all behave like her. For my own future benefit I decided to ask for her name so that if i have question I know who I want to call : her name is Chanel . Again I was so impressed by this branch staff that I normally would never bother to write a review I think I should learn from Chanel's example and spread the good news. I am a customer at this location. It was raining today and I stood on the sidewalk NEAR the side door of bank of america (again where I am a customer) and the walk sign turned so I wanted to get the umbrella out of my purse ASAP to make the light. It took 1-2 seconds to get the umbrella out while I stood there, and a worker was extremely rude and told me I cannot stand there NEAR their door (even though I was on the sidewalk, a public area). Most likely discriminating/racist as there was NO NEED to say that to me as I was there for 1-2 seconds and it is a public area to stand. Your workers in general are not that kind, but this is next level absurd. I was also dressed professionally on my way to work in a dress shirt and dress pants so did not want to get wet, hence grabbing my umbrella fast.
