Update on 9/16/23: the road has completed construction for a while, no noise any more….i see the building has replied as well I moved in on 8/31/23. Every single night, there is the road construction going on!! It’s 1:45am now, the construction is non stop!!! All night long!!! With the truck beeping all the time, along with mechanism noise!!! Seriously!!! Horrible!!!! I have taken videos with evidence! The leasing office never mentioned anything about a construction at night! It ruined my sleep and my life!! I’ll see how longacre leasing office will solve this issue for me, and will keep everyone updated here. Here is a photo since I couldn’t upload video here. Everyone, before you move in, be careful and ask leasing office about the noise first!!!!

Had a fantastic 2 years here. Prime location and amenities. Concierges were across the board friendly and always welcoming. They handled their package processing very efficiently. Service technicians were always very helpful, completing their work with minimal intrusion and offering advice on how to D.I.Y. little repairs around the apartment. Towards the end, Oksana and Lauren at the leasing office made the move-out process simple and painless. My partner and I are very grateful for them!

I have been living here for 1 year, and I would say the concierge is the best ever. Whenever you need a hand, Michael will always be there ready for you. The management in this building is a disaster. The third day I moved in this building ( Feb 2023), management team asked every tenant on 7th floor to leave the door open cuz they gonna paint the door. They said they gonna have someone guarding there cuz no camera in this building. When I got back from work at evening, every single door on 7th was left open and no one there! The door was left open for a whole day and no guard! Delivery guys are coming in and out all the time and a whole floor doors are left open! I have emailed the manager at that time called Jenny something, no replies, no explanations and no apologies! Rude and disappointing! I asked my neighbor what happened and my neighbor said they cannot believe it either!

And now, more than 1 month since I moved out, the management team still have not returned my deposit check. Emailed a few times to different teams, only a few replies, saying they are working on it, but the deposit check never arrives! I will be filling a small court claim to protect a tenant right cuz according to New York Law tenants has to get the deposit back 14 days within move out. Now it is 40 days! The management team is trying to fool the tenant here...

The building is in a great location and the apartments here are lovely! The staff is always friendly here as well but I must definitely mention one staff member who has always stood out!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Michelle, the front desk concierge, for nearly 15 years, and I can't express enough how exceptional she is at her job. Even though I don’t live in the building, every interaction with her has been a delight. Michelle radiates warmth and friendliness, making everyone feel welcome and valued.

Her helpfulness knows no bounds; whether it's assisting with keys, answering a simple question or with package deliveries, she tackles every request with a smile and a positive attitude. What truly sets Michelle apart is her personable nature—she remembers the little details about those she encounters, making each visit feel special.

In an industry where service can sometimes fall short, Michelle stands out as a shining example of what an incredible employee should be. I often wish other front desk personnel, doormen, and building staff around New York would take a page from her book. Her dedication and genuine care for residents and visitors alike are truly inspiring. Thank you, Michelle, for being the heart of the building and for always going...

1.00 This is a beautiful corner building with two sides touching the main road. 2.00 The building employees offer better quality treatment ( and service) as compared to several seven star hotels I have stayed across different countries. 3.00 Everything inside the building is certainly far exceeds my expectations. It's really a great value for what it costs to live in this high profile building. I feel at home away from my home 4.00 Outside the building on the curb, there are unfortunately two street vendors. The first curbside vendor sells fruits and the other sells roasted nuts 5.00 The Curb vendor selling fruits keeps the one side of the building more dirty than any third world country. Probably something the city needs to look into. 6.00 The other roadside vendor selling roasted nuts seems to collect waste tin cans and related recyclable trash. This makes it impossible to enter the main entrance of the gate of the building. 7.00 Mostly likely it seems the City need to ticket the individual using the curb for stocking and stacking so many recyclable trash bags outside the building making it impossible to approach the main entrance of...
