Baudoin & Lange — Local services in New York

Ever since my first visit to Baudoin & Lange’s store in Burlington Arcade, London, I’ve made it a tradition to stop by every time I’m in London. Luciano has always provided an exceptional experience there, setting a high standard for service. Naturally, when I learned back in June that B&L would be opening a location in NYC, I was both excited and a bit apprehensive—often, European and British brands don’t quite match their home-country service levels when they expand abroad.

However, Jonathan Gonzalez at the Madison Avenue store completely changed my perception. From the moment we walked in, he provided outstanding service, making us feel truly welcomed. We had brought our cousins from England to shop with us, and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. His knowledge, attentiveness, and warm hospitality mirrored the high standards I’ve come to expect from B&L in London.
