Recently stopped by this furniture store to purchase the couches. In the past customers had multiple issues with its prior owner; every order would be screwed or delayed by far. I was happy to meet a new owner of the store and impressed by the variety they have, as well as updated beautiful models on display. The staff and the owner are extremely hospitable, taking time to sit and spend time, going thru catalogs with you helping to chose the best suited furniture/ decorations/rugs. You leave the store feeling completed. Also they’ll charge a reasonable price. Was happy to receive my delivery on time; had some issue with some wooden parts of the couches (got scratched during shipping or something). The owner was great, had replaced the defected part/s within a day without any issues. Planning to go there again this week to order bedroom furniture. First I would like to start off by saying that the service at this store is amazing and exceptional! Once I walked into the store I immediately fell in love with all the furniture. They have a large variety of different types of furniture which made it very hard for me to choose exactly what I wanted but the salesman at the store took his time and worked with me until I found the furniture that was perfect for my household, none the less I ordered furniture for my bedroom,living room,and basement! Once I found what I wanted in the mater of just a few days I got my delivery which was very fast and the men that delivered my furniture were very professional and courteous and their was no mess left behind! I love my furniture I must also say that the quality of the furniture is very good and would probably last a lifetime! This furniture store is one of the most luxurious, affordable , convenient, and helpful stores that I have ever interfered with. From your first walk in, to all the way to your delivery is just easy. When I was looking for a bed set for my bedroom, the Owner Mr, Farhod was very very helpful, kind, nice, and honest! He right away told me my best options with affordable prices. He helped me pick out the best bed set with other things. His opinion is outstanding because you can just tell how much he cares about his customers. He has been in contact with any questions I had. It was a very easy process even when the delivery guys came by. They were very kind, quick and good at their job. They assembled everything together very neatly.
