I haven’t seen an associate stay here for more than 3 months….and I live in the neighborhood. I’ve had an employee (I think her name was Katherine or Kimberly) follow me around the store and eye me up and down when I said I wanted to buy an eyeliner. The part that kept me from ever coming here again was when me and my friends heard two employees loudly talking about the Trish McEvoy employee who was being violent and harassing other female employees, but the company refused to do anything about it. Read moreI was searching for a moisturizer set that was advertised on their website. I called 4 stores within my local area and each one was sold out. Not one salesperson offered to help me track it down. I then walked into Blue Mercury on 3rd & 68th Street where I met the fabulous store Manager named CAROLYN. She was beyond apologetic for my inconvenience and immediately started calling other locations for the product. It was impossible to find since it's a limited item and sells out quickly. Read moreI came on a Tuesday afternoon at 12pm. No one is in the store. It's been open for a couple of hours at this point. Except when I get there, the doors are locked. I see the sales associate's back to me. I am calling the store. I see them pick up the phone and NOT answer it. I end up getting a message. And I start shouting. Because what poor service is this that you've been open for hours and your doors aren't unlocked and you won't pick up your phones. They finally unlock the door. I confronted them about their poor behavior and they simply said "well now the doors are unlocked".
