My family and I ate at BBQ's for the early bird special. To my surprise the food has gone way down hill. Our male waiter did not seem to care that he had served us food on dirty dishes. We had to send our sodas back because the glasses were filthy. Also seemed he had somewhat of an attitude I guess he was waiting for a table that would provide him with more of a tip. When the waiter got a table full of people ordering more liquor than food we were completely ignored. Really wish we had of gone to the Times Square location which we know is good, would have been at least more exciting and probably cleaner too. But it seems like the people in charge were trying their best, coming out clearing the tables just seems like they were overwhelmed and need to hire better waitstaff and of course a better dish washer. I really miss the 72nd and Central Park location, which is now closed for good. Also they may as well serve the food on paper plates with plastic forks because dinnerware is horrible at this location unlike the old West 72nd & Central Park location. At the Eastside location small plates with food crowded on plates, cheap bendable forks, spoons and knives. My family and I have been coming to BBQ's for 15 years since we lived in Manhattan we have celebrated many birthdays all at the West 72nd and Central Park location that we truly miss, many great memories and lovely dinners and beautiful walks in Central Park after dinner. I hope if we decide to come here again at this location on the Eastside we will get the pristine service we used to get at the old Westside location. I also hope they will improve they're dinnerware.

Upon arrival to this establishment the waiter we had was very professional. I ordered ribs, shrimp, and french fries. My food arrived cold, when other people's foods in my table were luke warm. This is besides the fact that only part of my food arrived. To which yes they had safety measures implemented with plastic walls between tables. However, 2 things I highly disliked as well as other customers in my general area was that when going to the bathroom the employees picked and chose who they wanted to tell to put on masks while inside the building. I watched as some people did not wear masks and others were informed. Secondly, they had no plastic walls up to protect people outside from weed smokers. Therefore, while eating and enjoying your meal you also had to deal with weed smokers instead of protective measures for that as well. I would highly recommend they put the same plastic walls to protect not only people from each other, but also from smokers and weed smokers who like to partake right beside that establishment.

When we arrived quite the crowd stood there waiting for themselves to be seated. It was super busy but took only a few minutes until they called for smaller groups including us. The table service was on point, the girl that served us was super nice, explained us their deals good and even chatted with us and gave some good tips for places in NYC although she was busy working. Though asked how well cooked we wanted our burgers, they arrived a bit more done than we asked for (which can happen when it's busy, but keep that in mind when ordering). They had lots of fried onions on them and tasted super delicious. One of us had hot wings which are great too, but keep in mind that the sauce tastes oddly strong of vinegar. The strawberry margarita and the pina colada were absolutely great. Definetly a good side drink to your burgers, wings or whatever you get. Overall a pleasing experience and recommended!

Table seating is fast and food service is also. I have paid a visit to this location several times and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated and below 15 minutes for food. Which, in my opinion is great service for such a large location. The waitress are always very pleasant and check up on tables frequently. The bathrooms are always clean. My only push back is having to walk through some kinda kitchen structure to get to the bathroom (depends on what side your seated I believe). The noise level on a scale of 1-10 is 10+. Which makes it hard to hear the crowd your with. But, it's a up beat place. Therefore, it's expected. There is no parking lot. But public transportation make it easily accessible.

Nice place. Used to have bigger crowds on Friday evenings but not too many people this weekend 🤔
