I can't comment as to the store, but as to the operator and the owner, they have ZERO ethics. She was looking for a location for her NYC showroom, and after showing her countless spaces, and accommodating her at the last minute to view, (arranging with people with less than an hours notice) she ghosted me, and signed a lease on a space I sent her, without having me involved. Hard to like a place or buy their furniture when they never answer their phone and don't reply to inquiries through their website. Maybe they just don't have the right info online? I was very pleased with the careful approach and professionalism. The dedication to studying furniture and designers instilled confidence in the outcome of excellent work. My restored armchairs are beautiful and have received an extra touch with Bossa's fabric.
