This review is for their online store where the customer service couldn’t let me exchange my QS crocs size 10 (which is enormously wide and big on my feet) for prolly a size 8 that would actually fit. Yes it was a little sale and I’m not asking for a refund but an exchange for a diff size. They said due to the nature of the item because it’s a sought after item because its a quickstirke they turned me down and I can see that they have a size 8 STILL available online…even FEATURE after buying an item for 50 percent off honors an exchange even when they said they usually cant after a final sale, now that’s SERVICE! B33n going here since I was a kid. These ppl are cheap and theives. They help out only their own and those they like and don't with others. A bread for someone they like is $1 and $2.50 for you. You go in today and pay $1 for a drink and tomorrow you pay $1.75 for the same drink then someone else will try and charge you $2.00.
