Found this place doing a google search. I was in a bind to find a trust worthy place to make sure two packages went out. Boy was I lucky! The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and very helpful! Helped with packaging, answered multiple questions, took the time to explain pricing. Moreover, it just so happened that while I was there the truck arrived. He carried my package out to the truck and asked to see it scanned to make sure it went out!! WOW! what a great shipping center. my experiences at USPS, UPS, or Fedex are always typically filled with unhelpful employees, long lines and unnecessary costs.

Emmanuel (Immannuel?) at the Hello mailbox shipping center was absolutely fantastic. I came in with a large bulky box and needed to figure out how to fit into a shipping box and he thought of an extremely creative solution for me and packaged it up so wonderfully!
