I enrolled twice a week for boxing with Ramy for 8 months. I had a little bit of boxing background before Ramy but he really taught me everything from the beginning. I initially started his boxing training just to get fit while having fun. But as I got better, I wanted to try competing. He tailored his regimen based on what I needed to improve for competing in amateur boxing.
The boxing style he taught me was orthodox with a mix of russian style footwork (i.e., bivol's style). It got me in incredible shape and learned a great deal of boxing. He taught me these styles but fundamentally he felt these were my strengths to foster for competing. This may be different for you.
If you want someone that is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and is very attentive to details, then I can vouche for Ramy. Whether you're new or experienced, Ramy will provide you a regimen that will absolutely push you. His performance as a coach will match the level of commitment you put into his sessions. If he sees you pushing 100%, then he will give back 100%. He is very passionate in what he does and you can tell he genuinely loves to see...

The first year was the most challenging and I was able to see results after three months from focused training by following Ramsy's life lessons. I think it is best to learn from those who know what it takes to clear your personal obstacles to reach your goals and expectations.
Communication, consistency, and calm is the three C's most people have challenges with. Ramsy subconsciously radiates and openly shares his teaching with heart and soul. If you want to make a change, then speak to him and he'll show you what he can do.
Stay strong and feel. Photo is my second year. Consistent diet. First year was education and self-understanding on what works for me and what doesn't. Second year(photo) was to refine, define, and be fine!
Have questions. Speak to Ramsy. You'll see the...
Read moreI had a desire to learn boxing for some time but was hesitant due to the fact that many boxing gyms just felt like fitness classes and didn’t focus enough on technical details of the sport for those who actually wanted to learn. I spent time learning on my own for a while until I found Ramy over a year ago.
Before meeting him I thought I had a pretty decent understanding of boxing. But quickly realized there were a lot of mistakes I was making that nobody told me about. I never had somebody pay this close attention to detail before, not just with technique but also the mindset to have in a fight. Most importantly he’s patient, respectful, and motivating.
The progress I made with Ramy in the first few months could easily take somebody else over a year at a regular boxing gym. He is definitely one of those people I wish I had...
