I have been to the 4th ave location before and enjoyed my time there. I thought I had booked at that location but when sent my confirmation it gave me the 7th ave location. This was THE WORST massage I have received. I booked a couples massage but honestly should have booked two seperate massages if it would have ensured me that the two masseuses wouldn't speak to each other the whole time. They were speaking the entire 60 minute massage. These people are not licensed let alone trained, i was just aggressively pushed and rubbed for 60 minutes. NO technique was used whatsoever. She was digging into my BONES. You even heard cracks, I had to tell her repeatedly to go with lighter pressure. You would think she had a mission to beat me up. It would have been one thing if she was actually working my muscles, but this woman was pressing on my spine and shoulder blades. I woke up with bruises and more sore than when I went in. They barely massages my arms or legs and most of the abuse was taken on my back. To even expect the basic decency of asking if the pressure is okay, or giving a warning before applying the hot stones or towels was neglected. Save your money, save your time. Go somewhere else. And if you still choose to come here, make sure to bring cash because theyll charge a $10 fee on your card...

I had written a 5 star review for this place before, but this time I unfortunately need to change my rating. I’ve been to this place countless times and had no issues until now. I did A couples massage with my spouse and usually when we come the atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. This time however, the two masseuse's were talking pretty much the entire time we were getting massaged. I get If they need to speak really quick, but the entire time?? I’ve never had this happen the other times I’ve been here. And to make things worse, the woman who massaged me was wayyy too rough. The massage pattern was not consistent and it felt like she was rubbing my bones together, there were no knots left to rub out… and when she flipped me over to my face she was rubbing my face so rough and then slapped the top of my head numerous time! That was something I’ve never had done before and cannot understand what the purpose would be to do that! The only reason why I didn’t Say anything is because I know Deep tissue massages are a little rough, but this time I was Left very dissatisfied and very unrelaxed… (And it’s crazy before I wrote This someone else wrote a review about having the SAME EXACT...

Very disappointing. I’ve been to this location twice before and had positive experiences. But my 90 minutes was consistently broken by the masseuse leaving the room for minutes at a time. I heard one customer complaining at the front that he had a similar experience. She completely left out my legs and spent the majority of the time on my back. Towards the end, there was a confusing exchange offering to extend my time but I couldn’t quite understand her. When I asked for clarification, she apologized, left the room, and didn’t come back. Eventually deducing that it was time to leave, I got my things and paid, omitting a tip because of such an uncomfortable experience. The front of house then ran out to me on the street and harassed me for a tip. I always tip whenever possible but this was beyond disappointing. I paid for 90 minutes full body and got neither of those things.

Overall set up of the parlor is disorganized and I didn’t appreciate such vague direction in an environment that should be geared towards the comfort and ease of...
