I really wanted to like this place because it’s in the neighborhood and there are so many great reviews. The woman doing check in was lovely and it’s a pleasant looking place. But my sugaring experience was not good. I’ve been sugared many times but this was my first time here. I wasn’t really given instructions about how she wanted me to move and there were no warnings about more painful moments/pulling the skin taunt to make it hurt less. She also didn’t wipe me off or put anything soothing on afterwards (which every salon I have ever been to has done) and she just abruptly walked out. I thought she must have been coming back bc I didn’t think she’d expect me to just put my clothes back on over the sugar paste still on me, but she didn’t! I had to remain all sticky and stinging until I could get home and wipe the sugar off and apply aloe myself. It felt like the cheap service you’d get from a random walk in place and was not at the level of care that other places in this price...

I just want to say a few words about this place and its runners. Like everything in my life I found this place by absolute accident and just walked in last time to get sugaring done as I had an extra 40 mins and wanted to use it productively. That time I noticed that they also offer all kinds of nail services by appointment so I made a note of myself. Last night I remembered and made a last minute appointment for one of their "Happy hour" bundles - sugaring, manicure and pedicure and I got the opening 9 am time confirmed. Very happy with the quality of this place and provided care. I highly recommend it and myself I'm just really happy that I found this place nearby, what a gem. I was at at Il Bianco Sugaring Boutique several times, Patricia is great and so profesional at hair sugaring removal, Alicia is excelente as well they were both very sweet, all of them are kind and profesional. At my first time here using sugaring for hair removal I can’t say enough how much better it was then waxing. I was very pleased with they service and I will be coming back, I recommend you try they service. They also offer manicura and pedicure as well.
