I can’t believe how beautiful everything is here and how helpful everyone here is!! i have been looking for lighting and chair for more than 6 months. i wandering into here accidentally and within less than 15 min, i found my perfect, extremely high quality floor lamp and an office chair. And the people in this ENTIRE store are so nice and friendly! They carefully wrapped the floor sample model i bought and two of the staff even decided to get into uber with me to help me bring the heavy lamp and office chair into my apartment tonight and set them up for me when they found out i had virtually no lights in my brand new place. i am no VIP, but i feel being treated like an royal VIP. Nori, thank you and your entire team tonight (Ama, Alex, and two other gentlemen)!
for all of you furniture or lighting shoppers out there, stop by and consider their furniture and lamps here. I wish I had known this store sooner and bought all my furniture from them. They are not cheap, but the quality this store has to offer is way better than cb2, or other similar stores. And I have never in my entire life encountered customer service better than theirs!
seriously, check their stuff out before you make your final furniture or lighting decisions! I wish i could return my cb2 furniture and buy everything here! (Note: nothing wrong with my cb2 furniture, but i just realized that i could do much better here, and also the services here are impeccable!!!).

After almost 18 months later, they still cannot give me a confirmed ETA. Thus, I decided to cancel my Department Store order and call your Retail store directly for the same table.
I placed my order with Nuri Tombuloglu, your Store Manager last week. He is very friendly and pleasant. He told me my order may take 3 to 4 months. I told Nuri I understand and hope I don't have to wait another 18 months. He ensures me the table will come directly from your Italy warehouse. And he checks the table is in stock. Thus, it will probably take less than 4 months.
Imagine my surprise when I received a call from your New Jersay warehouse yesterday. They left me a voicemail and an email telling me my table is ready for delivery. I forwarded the email to Nuri to make sure it is not a scam. He ensures me it is not. He said he checked the inventory. And he saw the table I ordered is available in your NJ warehouse.
