Stay away from this building! Living at Carmel Place has consistently been a frustrating experience, primarily due to ongoing issues with both the heating and cooling systems, and more recently, a serious problem with hot water availability. Over the past three months, our unit has suffered from inadequate hot water and poor water pressure.
Despite repeated attempts to get these issues resolved, our concerns have been met with a lack of response and solution from management, which is further complicated by the absence of on-site management. The suggestion to "leave the tap running" as a resolution is not only impractical but demonstrates a clear disregard for resolving the underlying problems effectively.
