Absolutely loved visiting the new Chanel boutique on the Upper West Side. This space is stunning and the team is so warm and welcoming. I had the best experience with makeup artist Natalie. She is truly amazing, super knowledgeable and incredibly talented. She took the time to show me how to do a smoky eye (something I could never get right before!) and explained everything step-by-step in such a clear and easy way. I actually feel confident doing it on my own now! You can immediately tell she has serious experience, she trained and worked with Chanel in Europe, and it really shows in her technique, taste, and the way she teaches. I can't recommend this Chanel location enough! I've been coming to see NATALIA since the store opened and she consistently gives fantastic service. As soon as you step inside, I am always greeted warmly by the entire staff and they are truly a great team.

The store itself is always clean and has their products beautifully displayed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and has helped me revamp my entire skincare and makeup collection with what best fits my skin type.

Seeing a new Chanel Beauty Boutique opened uptown, we checked in right away last weekend. It’s a beautiful place, nice location and the most important things I like is all the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. They got a lot of customers walking in on that day but you would feel so relaxed and enjoying every moment with them. I love the decor, the display sections as well. Guys, come check it and you’ll love it. For the upcoming Mother’s Day they have a full of pretty packaging in pink, orange as you can see in my photos.
