Excellent service....don't know what the previous reviewer below is referring to. I see everyone getting treated with respect. I also see those that are inconsiderate and rude being treated just like those that are patient and kind. It takes a lot of patience to deal with rude and arrogant individuals.
Do you feel better them are because you make more money. Is that how you assess your worth, by the amount of money you make, how sad. You must be very empty inside.
For the record, the real williamsburg natives (myself included...30yrs+) don't have a problem with any of the lovely new faces (Asian, Caucasian, Latino, Black, middle Eastern, Indian, Jewish....etc.) that are moving to the neighborhood. We love you all. Diversity is a beautiful thing. We just have a problem with the ignorant, racist, pompous ones. If you had a different attitude and belief perhaps circumstances would work out better for you. Funny how you hold yourself in a negative vibration and want to cast blame outward. Look within yourself and perhaps there you will find the real underlying issue. Stop casting hate outward and deal with the hate within.
By hating on others all you do is attract more hate onto yourself. Thoughts turn into things....think good thoughts.
By the way.... we all know who the real minorities are. Be real with self and search within. There you will find all the answers.

   Read moreDo not waste your time coming here. I tried coming here because it is one of the few locations that are open on Sundays. I came here to open a savings account with my Fiancé and the bank didn’t close for another 30-40mins. We sat there for a while because we couldn’t find anyone to help us and no one came to us asking if we needed help. The security guard eventually came to ask us if we needed help after she was too busy taking selfies right out in the open. She told us we couldn’t walk in and open an account because it’s 30min before closing and it takes 14min to open an account. “Everyone is busy and you need to make an appointment for tomorrow or another day” if you close in 30min and it takes 14min to open an account you can squeeze in another client especially since everyone is just sitting around chit chatting. I’ve opened chase accounts before and it takes less than 30min to open one. I see a guy just sitting in the seat chatting laid back very unprofessionally. Even if I made an appointment I wouldn’t be making it...
   Read moreClaudette was no help at all. She’s apparently the one who’s in “charge” but it seems like she has no respect for the customers or her coworkers. I saw her giving her coworkers weird looks?? Why is that? They’re working well.. the tellers and the person who greeted me were very friendly EXCEPT for her! Not to mention that the service was slow! Seemed a bit targeted to me as a person of color. Do not come to this Chase location if you want good service. Go somewhere else.
I know that this is NOT what J.P. Morgan stands for. If the person in charge is incompetent then the place is a disaster. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed...
