JM Deli — Restaurant in New York

The brothers who run the shop are good people, but they have to understand that their chefs can't be disrespecting the customers. It's bad for business. On Monday March 15th, around 5:30 PM, I decided to order a tuna sandwich with only the bread and cheese grilled, like I always do. So this hamar, this sharmuta starts grilling the tuna salad. I tell him "I want the tuna cold" So he slams the cheese on the table and starts yelling at me saying "You always complain!" First of all, is he serious? Who grills tuna? He did it on purpose to find an excuse to argue with me since he was still upset that he messed up my order a month ago which was his fault & I was still respectful. What is he, my wife? Is he drunk? McDonald's workers don't even act like him. I spent hundreds of dollars here, & I'll happily take my business elsewhere if the owner can't do anything about a chef that is disrespecting the customers. I know this is a family owned business, so I decided to tell the cashier, who is the older gentleman, but he didn't seem to care. He told me to tell the owner about the chef when he gets here. This use to be my favorite store until today. Absolutely fantastic experience at JM deli . The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile and the mouth-watering aroma of freshly prepared food.
