Spring Garden — Restaurant in New York

The lady is nice as long as she is not busy, if she is, she can be rude but she always get my order right. But there is young guy over thats super nasty, rude and very very disrespectful. My husband always order fried plantains there and asked for it to be crispy, we received our food and the plantains were not crispy, we sent it back and asked to please make it crispy. They sent it back to us literally burnt. We called back and asked the young guy why he overcooked the plantains, he said "you overcooked it, thats what happens when you send orders back, dont buy anything here anymore, we dont want your money" So disrespectful, he even told my husband to come over so he can show him, I dont k ow what he meant.. will be stopping by to talk...

What is a shame is food here is actually delicious. But there customer service is utterly disgraceful. I never been treated so poorly. I accidentally had picked shrimp egg roll instead pork one and I’m allergic to shrimp so its important I dont get that.

When I called to explain to lady first she answers phone no greeting or anything just literally saying “what do you want” I was taken back by it and I said hi I ordered a delivery on grubhub with... couldn’t even finish my sentence because lady kept saying “ok ok ok ok ok” I said mam can you please listen to me its important I need to switch my egg roll and she just says “ok bye” and slams the phone. Horrendous customer service. This will be last time...

When I called the restaurant to clarify my order even though I was very polite, the woman who answered was rude, she clearly did not want to talk to me even though I spent money for a service. I asked for bbq sauce for the chicken because I did not see it on the seamless/Grubhub menu, she said it would cost me extra. She actually hung up on me while I was still talking. Then they messed up half my order. I want to support local businesses but I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. Then the delivery man was extremely rude as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone spending their hard earned money and I will never order...
