If I could give the store 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at the Soho Chloe boutique only a few weeks ago. I splurged on a pair of boots my first day in New York and was so excited to wear them to dinner that first night - within an hour of wearing the boots one of them broke. I didn't think too much of it other than them being terrible quality especially considering the steep price I paid. I brought the boots back the next day for a refund and was instead met by horribly rude staff members who told me they wouldn't take the boots back. I left the store so incredibly disappointed in what used to be one of my favorite brands. after a few calls with the manager they promised to at least repair the boots and send them back to me right away. This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the "repaired"...
Read moreI had been eyeing the Woody Medium Brown bag for awhile, finally decided to purchase and every major department store did not have it available, out of stock. I went to the Chloe site and used the chat function and Whitney appeared and told me that they actually expected a new shipment within a day or so. I told her I would want to purchase one when they came in, and I think later that day the order arrived and she called. Got my information and a bit later got FedEx confirmation and it arrived within 2 business days. It was packaged so well and bag was what Whitney showed me. There is no Chole store here in downtown Chicago so I'd prefer to actually chat with a rep from the store than shop...

It's one thing if you're treated properly, but this store needs major lessons in customer service. they should learn a thing or two from their french counterparts, so you can't blame the city for being a standoffish city. based on my dealings with this location, i will never buy a chloe bag again (they're crap quality anyway and the brand's been going downhill lets be honest, probably because of their deplorable "customer service"). what a joke brand and more importantly, what a joke location. don't waste...
