I ordered prostoria match sofa back at the end of November, 2022. Got mine in June, 2023. Finally got the correct sofa in August, 2023. The waiting was ridiculously long and they blamed it on the two weekend hoilday break at the end of the year. I almost thought I got scammed. There was no communication or assurance during the waiting process until I called/emailed them several times myself. The owner kept making fake promises of delivery and failed to assure their customer. The entire process made me feel like I’m not a customer but someone who owe them. Not only that, they are really bad at communicating with their third party delivering company about city regulation on parking. Whenever I remind them of the parking regulation, they said it’s not their responsibility and expect me to tell the delivery company who I do not know. Despite that, they still scheduled a delivery date on their own and expect me to wait all day for the delivery until I specifically asked for a time frame. And mind you, those delivery guy don’t wear gloves!! Made a few dirty spot on my brand new sofa. Pro tip: don’t call, email them so you have proof of everything

Follow up… Giving another review. Let’s not talk about the service of Cite because they stated that it was all out of their control. Let’s talk about the quality of the sofa instead. I received a replacement of the chaise which was supposed to be “new construction with straps” stated by Prostoria(left of the 1st photo). The sofa came in defected. There was not enough support underneath causing the sofa to sink in. It was supported by elastic straps that just simply doesn’t support your body weight. The plastic strap(right of the 1st photo) was completely fine as it has the strength to support the cushion. Cite came in and offered to 1) put pillows underneath to act as temporary support, and 2) put wooden slabs for a permanent support. I just don’t understand paying for a luxury furniture that has cause me so much frustration thru the span of almost a year. Not worth the money. As Prostoria stated, “the plastic slats are no longer in our standard production and we no longer install them in the Match.” Cite was corporate with solving the problem by sending me the old chaise...

Horribly unprofessional service!!!! I would like to give no star if I could. I purchased a sofa bed from them. It took almost a month to get delivered to home. It was a good bed but not a comfortable at all for a sofa. Decided to return. Per the policy, I am supposed to get refund of 70% of original price--paying for restocking, delivery, etc, which ended up paying $ 2,000. Its fine--I'm the one who changed the mind on the purchase. Now I'm trying to return the sofa. It took almost a month again to return the sofa to the stores after multiple calls and multiple lame excuses. It finally retuned on July 20th and today is 8/2. I even haven't been able to confirm if the furniture was received safely let alone get the money back. It's been two weeks and my husband called PJ to kindly request updates. She's either not picking up the phone or making excuses that she's either with customer or left the work already. I'm not sure what's up with her, but I know for sure this is the worst service I ever had. I've been working with different high end furniture stores-never had this kind of issues. Yes, they have some interesting furnitures that I would've interested in purchasing in the future. But never ever do i want to do business with them anymore. I had the best experience with CITE. A friend of mine recommended them so I went into the store looking for bedroom furniture and I met Nicholas. He was extremely helpful with choosing the style, and finish of the furniture I wanted. I placed the order and delivery was sooner than quoted (which never happens). There was a small problem with one of the drawers opening and when I called and spoke with P.J. she immediately sent someone to my home for repair. The repair person went the extra mile and checked the other drawers to make sure I wouldn't have the same problem with another drawer. Everyone at Cite was so helpful I decided to buy a new sectional sofa for my living room. Nicholas once again helped with style and fabric and visited my home to make sure the sofa would fit!
