RUDE RUDE RUDE! My boyfriend ordered a same day delivery flowers for me on Friday. Paid over $80 with rush delivery charges of $15. He called to make sure it gets delivered on Friday, the man was super rude and hung up on me. I never got the flowers on Friday. On Monday a guy from the flower shop called to tell me they were going to deliver on Monday without even an apology. Want to deal with a shop owner who has an entitled attitude about the answer to his queries, this is place to call. There seems to be a level of miscommunication that tends to happen with this shop. Between trying to schedule timely arrangements and dealing with upcoming events, owner (Jeff) has little patience for fine tuning details and will argue back with the coordinator of event. I have yet to see the florals but if the other reviews are anything to go by, feel free to steer clear of this business. New review: Thank you for replacing the sunflowers and I understand times are tough right now for small businesses. I was upset at the time because it was for my 4 year wedding anniversary. Anyway the new flowers are beautiful!
