WonderPho — Restaurant in New York

I will not come back again. I ordered the sandwich close to 9:00pm but waited for 20 minutes. The guy who took my order went to eat at a table and didn’t pay attention that my food packed in a bag was ready RIGHT next to him. I noticed it had been a while so I kept on looking and giving them hint that I’m waiting but the guy didn’t pay any attention to me. He was watching his phone and eating. Finally a lady came out, pointing to the receipt on the bag and asked me “is this your order?” They really had no clue that the customer was waiting for a very long time at a time that is not busy at all. My fiancé and I had the Wonder Pho & Pho King and we both agreed it was the cleanest broth we ever had. Portion is impeccable, with a bunch of meat and bowl size the perfect American amount. Also the addition RIB for 5$? Very worth it. Service was WONDERFUL. All of the staff were nice, polite, and very accommodating. Atmosphere and ambiance is very calm and very clean. I ordered the mango and papaya salad and the portobellos mushroom ban mi and I was so pleasantly surprised! The sauce in the salad was fresh with many different flavors, perfect for a hot summer day. So delicious I couldn’t stop eating the sauce once the salad was done! The ban mi was bigger than I expected and everything was very fresh.
