Dungeons and Dragons creates an environment that makes you look forward to going to the gym each morning!
I’ve been traveling for the past 2 years consistently trying new bootcamps in each city. I’ve probably tried over 14 different gyms, from local places to big chains like Barry’s and F45. Dungeons and Dragons is far and away the best gym I’ve been to!
Across the board it’s got challenging workouts, community, and trainers with attention to detail.
The workouts have variety in making sure you build strength while also helping with your cardio. The classes are small and everyone is friendly and welcoming, you will get to know the people in class quickly. And Sean (+ the other trainers) will make an effort to get to know you, your fitness styles and how to get the best workout for you.
