I wanted to like this salon but unfortunately it’s didn’t work for me. The staff is nice.I have been here 4 times. First time was with Asian guy who was fluent in English. He did a good job. Second time I was directed to an Asian man who spoke no English and he didn’t do anything I asked for even after the initial guy translated for him. Third time was a female and she did a good job but not what I asked for and my last time I was directed to the non speaking Asian man again and I even showed him a video and pictures of me and how I like my hair styled plus the female translated and I still didn’t get what I want. NEVER AGAIN. Another thing: Please turn on AC in summer. The open door for air circulation does not work...

Helen was on vacation so I had an Asian guy cut my hair today. He didnt speak English and wasnt really professional. He knocked my head with the blowdryer and didnt help me clean the hairs that were on my nose and face when he was done. When he used the spray on me it went directly to my eyes and ears. The cut was okay and he blow dried it straight for me but I feel like he didnt know how to cut well. I am not coming back. $20 for long...
