Good Taste — Restaurant in New York

I love this place's food but the delivery driver ruined it for me. When I first ordered through GrubHub, the delivery driver was in the cold/rain/snow for around 5 minutes. It was because GrubHub doesn't give tracking when the merchant is also the delivery driver. Since there is no designated driver, there is no way I can know he is here without a message or phone call. He said he called me and I gave him the word of doubt that it was true. I felt bad and gave him an 8-dollar tip instead of 5! The second time I ordered I assumed the application wouldn't give him issues anymore but it still did and he took it out on me after he gave me my food and quickly left. I will also add a reminder that all my delivery instructions by default say to leave it at the front door, so even if he was waiting, he could have left it at the front door and I would have gotten it at the estimated unofficial time grub hub had. There will be a full investigation with the Grubhub team about the incident. My mother has a daycare and the sign mentions it is. He knocked very aggressively on the door to the point that he woke up the kids. I hope that the driver learns respect or gets fired because I clearly can't come back if they have a driver like him who does uncalled-for and...

The food I ordered a week ago was good but I didn't have cash on me so I could give a tip and the driver cursed me out and said don't order from here again. I took it as a joke because I mean c'mon your not going to lose a costumer because you didn't get a tip one time. So I ordered food again from there yesterday and those ASSH*LES cancelled my order didn't tell me about until I called an hour and a half later to see why it was taking so long and the charged the money to my account and didn't even refund me my money back and had the nerve to be rude on the phone with me saying " that's what happens when you don't tip" needless to say I'm never ordering food from there again and I'm still waiting on my money to be...

Buyer BEWARE their animosity towards customers is so visible it’s sickening 😷 I ordered chicken with string beans (as to why it cost 9$ idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ Beans were overcooked to be honest ) BUT let me not stray away from the point , yesterday I saw a cook in good taste drop a piece of broccoli 🥦 on the floor, which he promptly took his cooking spoon to pick up and throw back in the pot. Then he thought about it and looked towards me saw me see him and kinda shrugged 🤷🏾‍♀️ He did rinse the pot after but it’s too late you must do stuff like that on the daily, your movements were too fluid ... I’m not eating anything from them again I’ll go to the pattie shop next...
