These guys are so unprofessional!!! They have no clue what to get done, just guessing their way. I took my amp to get fixed and it got damaged more than when I took it in. My amp came back looking like it thrown and dragged across the room and I am pretty sure it hadn’t a scratch when I took it in. They pretty much couldn’t even tell me what’s wrong with my amp. And apart from that, it took them 4 months to tell me this and I have to keep calling and checking. Apparently they are so busy that they can’t contact customers and keep them updated on their item that was taken there to be fixed. And the same amp they told me they couldn’t fix, it got fixed somewhere else. So I don’t know what kind of incompetent technicians they have working. I would not recommend this service or business...

AMAZING customer service! Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. I just recently got interested in being a DJ and I am so inexperienced, staff helped me get the basic equipment I needed to start and also gave me advice on how to be successful. They keep the costumers best interest in mind. Before going to Bronx Speaker, I went to a speaker shop that took advantage of my inexperience and tried to sell me expensive equipment that I did not even need. Bronx Speaker sells costumers strictly good quality equipment for an extremely reasonable price. Best speaker shop in NYC! Shop here, you will not regret it. They will definitely be seeing...

I'VE PURCHASED TARAMPS, STETSOM, DS18, SKAR & COMANDO BRAND ITEMS. THEYRE ALSO KNOWN FOR REPAIRING SPEAKERS. I HAD MINE DONE FOR A BLOWN CHUCHERO BOX. STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
