I did not have a good experience here. I saw a Ford Escape that I was very interested in online at City World Ford, so I set up an appointment to go see it. When I arrived I had circled around the block and accidentally walked into City World Toyota instead of Ford. When I went in there these guys were like sharks in the water. I mentioned the appointment I had with the girl I had spoken to earlier. The guy I spoke to said he didn't know who she was and that he would help me. He walked with me over to City World Ford to find the vehicle for which I was looking. When we arrived over there he left for several minutes and returned with another salesman who was trying to convince me to buy it through him, while the original guy was arguing for me to buy the car through him, all while nobody was concerned with the original sales person with whom I had spoken. Then the 3 sales people and myself walked around from lot to lot looking for the car for about 20 minutes. Finally, they told me to go inside while they continued to look. After another 15-20 minutes they came in and said they had found the car. The battery had died and they had jumped the car to get it running, but it was also parked in a snow bank with 8-9 cars parked literally bumper to bumper against it, so if I wanted to take it for a test drive it was going to be about another half an hour to get it out. Basically, I did not get a good feel for this place at all. They did not work together as team at all, they were more than happy to stab each other in the back, and they did not care about the customer at all. As much trouble as this was to help someone who was looking to spend a lot of money on a car, it was obvious that once you buy the car you would be completely on your own and if you have any questions, or if any issues arise you would be given a run around and never get anyone to help. I absolutely would not even think of...

They had me test drive a vehicle that did not have the features I wanted then were not able to get a plate on the car that I did want to test drive. I went to lunch and came back and they still took a long time before I could test drive the vehicle. . My day with them started around 11:45am and did not end until almost 4:30 pm ( minus a 1/2 hour for lunch ). I was so tired would not even consider making a deal at that time. I felt like they did not respect my time and they needed a more...
