RUDE blonde woman! I come here every time i am in NYC and buy things for my apartment every other month or so. I trudged through a snowstorm, rang the doorbell only to be greeted by the most rude woman, opening the door and just looked at me with a blank stare - i finally asked if they were open and without apologizing or providing any explanation, given the store hours posted they are clearly open on Saturdays, she said NO and slammed the door in my face. While most of the merch is garbage, occasionally i find some coasters, tableware, etc. and try to support a neighborhood business. NEVER AGAIN!!! Too many real design shops to waste my time and...

Always answered any question before we could even ask it, and gave reason to every step.
