I gave 5 stars because I want to focus on the positive first . This is THEE best dispensary out of all 5 boroughs, competition doesn't even come close . They have all products I usually have trouble finding , and to top it all off the prices are the CHEAPEST, I'm confident nool other dispensary can compete with prices . Just when you think it doesn't get better , they have happy hour with 10% off, also a first time customer 10% discount .. if there is EVER any problem with hardware or product. You WILL GET AN EXCHANGE or reimbursement, I had an issue with a faulty cart and the manager Mo replaced it with a Woodstock live rosin ! Walked out a happy camper. ANYTIME Cliff is there my experience automatically is gonna increase ten fold , he goes so far out of his way to make you feel comfortable , not rushed , great conversation holder , and all around just a great person with a smile on his face at ALL TIMES . Steve is also amazing . Yet I do have to point out the ONLY experience I've had with the manager Liv Molina . As soon as I walked in she had this vibe about her that she didn't want to be at work and just seemed completely overwhelmed, which was strange because the store was empty Liv is working the register but she's like barely holding on . I didn't even feel comfortable shopping , I felt like she was mad , and annoyed and if I didn't just choose something then she'd get mad idk. I ended spending money on things I didn't even really want She shouldn't come into work if she isn't well . Then SHE WOULDNT EVEN LET ME CHOOSE A FLAVOR/STRAIN BECAUSE THE BOX SAID ANYTIME .. so I ended purchasing what's basically a sativa hybrid when I'm a heavy indica smoker . I understand she just came out the hospital and I was being so nice to her and she just kept giving me this like ugh shut up and buy attitude I'm honestly a little offended . Like I walked out of there with things I NEVER buy . The nyce vape , and a nanticoke pre roll . This is the second time I'm having a bad experience with her. Last time she did almost the same thing .. basically just tried to give me any 3 pre rolls from the basket in the back and say here be happy and go . Besides one rotten apple this place is AMAZING , atmosphere is great. Displays aren't cluttered. Inventory constantly updated and refreshed . What more can I say ? Feels like I just walked out of heaven .. The incident with Liv was on October 20th , anywhere...

Cliff is simply amazing! He is absolutely awesome!!!! Every visit to Emerald becomes a wonderful experience because of him. He’s always smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful — the kind of person who truly listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Out of everyone I’ve ever met in dispensaries, Cliff is the one I trust the most, the most positive, and the most dedicated. It’s a real joy to be helped by someone who loves what he does and brings such great energy every single time.
