Want an awesome takeout experience that is fast, authentic, nyc vibe, flavorful ingredients ? This place should be on your radar. I order the Chicken Shwarma with all the works. **Tip: They will ask you what you want on it so check the ingredients they use before coming here. There is a "NYC vibe" you get when you enter here. Locals and native speakers of this place makes for a home feel. Staff is friendly and easy going. *Tip: They leave all the sauces on the customer side of the counter so don't forget to add those before leaving. They wrap your laffa up so you don't really get a chance to add it inside unless you tell them so. This is why be sure to check Ingredients and what you want exactly and let them know for the best experience here. The small details go big here. -- white sauce, bbq sauce, hot sauce etc., They also have to go cups for the sauces if you want it on the side just grab it yourself. I enjoyed the Chicken Laffa I ordered, very delicious on point hit the spot for me. I would recommend this place and would come here again.

It was a totally fluke we ended up here. We had just finished 6 hours at the Met and on our way to a random food joint that we saw on Google maps and that looked easy. My 9 year old was really struggling and we came to this corner and decided to take a peak. Food looked good so thought we give it a try and hope our daughter would stop complaining. Turned out to be one of those awesome random travel experiences. The staff kind of sucks in the fact they could see we didn’t really know what we were doing and didn’t offer any help, but one we figured out we were in an Israel/ kosher place we started catching on. The food was all great. My wife and I shared the lamb and turkey bowl and we were stuffed. I wish my picture did it justice as there was so much meat on top you couldn’t see the boat load of salad underneath. The kids meal was huge and the questionable choice of my daughter to get a beef patty was a surprise hit. Couldn’t believe how flavourful it was. They also had a cool assortment of drinks from Israel.

This place is truly a hidden gem in NYC! Not only was the service impeccable the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the menu . The food was beyond fresh , hot and tasty. I had the falafel, which was ginormous lol the fennel is now something that I am craving because of this place, who would have thought? My friend had the mixed lamb and turkey on pita, which he has not stopped talking about . The Babaganush was out of this world!!! I also got to try some authentic mango and guava drinks that were in the cooler that now I am also addicted to. I look forward to going back ASAP!!! felt very healthy after eating here, the food was not greasy whatsoever, and I found parking with absolutely no problem right out front at the meter. I can see me becoming a regular here. As it is hard to find a place that has such tasty amazing food at very affordable prices.

hey everyone i’ve never posted a negative review here, i try to keep bad experiences in the past and don’t put too much attention on them. however i wanted to post my review on this restaurant because i feel like i could potentially be helping someone avoid an overall bad experience. i went in with my girlfriend to get some quick dinner. as soon as we arrived i started noticing things i didn’t like. the pricing. it was expensive. typically i don’t care because i do live in the area and i’m okay with paying the average price at different places. here? no it was too much. $25 for a chicken shawarma sandwhich.. no. i decided to give it a chance because of their high rating on google maps. i was pretty much fighting with myself the entire time convinced that at some point i would realize WHY they have a good rating, but nope. never. it just got worse. my girl and i finally decide and we go over to the counter. the girl at the counter had zero customer service energy which i thought was weird. she did not seem friendly or approachable yet she was the one asking for a tip??? it was off putting. at that point we begin looking for somewhere to sit but realize that one of the seats is taken by the manager or staff. mind you it’s full (because of their fake ratings) at that point some older ladies walk in making a comment loudly about the seating. this oblivious (or not) staff member continues to have a conversation on the phone at this seat not taking into account people are trying to sit and eat. his energy was extremely indifferent toward clients. which again is normal but this guy was taking up client dining space. then out of nowhere they start yelling angrily from the kitchen my number. i go and tell the guy that it’s my number he’s calling and with the most disrespectful and rude tone ever he asks me what i want. i’m like dude i’m new here haha what are my options. and he yells at me angrily. i then choose all my sides and i notice he gave me a spec of hummus. i ask politely for more and he moans and groans like if i’m disturbing his existence and very immaturely splats a whole bunch on my sandwhich. i thought it was very ugly and then he goes on to give me like 7 fries out of spite. i didn’t say anything anymore because i realized i was dealing with an impossible child. we find seating and we start eating. the chicken is so nonexistent, tasteless and cold. the burger my girlfriend bought was so bland and had no love. crazy. we will never go back and hope this restaurant gets replaced by something that will actually bring value to the neighborhood. i am convinced that they are paying for fake ratings on google maps. i notice all the “local guides” are leaving 5 stars which doesn’t make any sense considering all the points of failure i experienced. please do not go to this restaurant there are soooo many better options. they are rude, expensive, and don’t deserve to operate in this neighborhood and they buy...

The worst experience I’ve ever had! Their customer service is really unprofessional the blonde cashier lady was very rude definitely don’t know how to give customer service. I went there last week ordered two sandwiches one pita and one laffa which cost me about 60$ total . I don’t like to put any salads in my pita so I like to have some pickles and shifka on the side. When I asked for some pickles and shifka the stuff started telling me that they don’t give any salads and if I want salads they have to be inside my sandwich. All I asked for was pickles and shifka no other salads!! How am I supposed to put shifka inside my pita it makes no sense. Then the blonde CASHIER LADY started YELLING AT ME WITH AN ATTITUDE SAYING THAT HERE IS NOT ISRAEL which I found funny because they always promote themselves as The best shawarma that will remind u of Israel. let me tell u something u have a lot to learn from shawarma places in Israel. When a restaurant is CHEAP over some pickles and shifka it definitely ruins the...
