I would give ZERO stars if possible. This is a review for Denis, who did a Japanese straightening on 5/24/2022. As you can see in the photo, the treatment caused permanent damage to my hair, which is naturally wavy and now looks like a frizzy dry mess. I have had this straightening done before at another salon and my hair was smooth and shiny after. Denis invited me to the salon a few days later to fix the damage, but he clearly failed. I believe he had left the product too long, he was talking to another customer as the alarm went off and he only came to check on my hair a few precious minutes later, and only because I reminded him. My hair looks much worse than before the treatment unless I spend a lot of time styling and conditioning it, but the whole point of the treatment was to cut down on styling time for the summer! I am also very disappointed about the fact that Denis has consistently denied any wrongdoing. I may not have posted this review if at least he had honestly admitted that he did something wrong, but instead he has kept insisting that my hair is the problem. Few days ago I just went there for my haircut. I am a very picky person for my hair. First, a lady help me to wash my hair. This is her 2nd time helping me. I think she must be in rush or something...She start promoting some of their product as usual. In the topic, she even start talking about the tips n bla bla bla...What a GREAT service!!! The hair washing didn't take long(maybe 2-3 mins). Then, she left. After that, a hairsylist named mark or marco. I cant remember his name. (What's the point of remembering a suck hairstylist's name, right??) He pull my hair many times...he almost get me really really really mad. I always a good tipper, but that time I paid really really bad and low. I want them to know how BAD service they have. I have never been treated so rudely. Clearly white people are not welcome in the salon. I stopped in for a blowout. First they didn’t use conditioner and my hair was in knots . The stylist used some cream in my hair and started to comb out and blow dry. He maybe was a third of the way through and disappeared for 5 minutes. Came back and said he needed another 10 minutes to do the lady next to me full long hair touch up. Left me sitting, unfinished air driving for 30 minutes. When I got angry and went to the desk to leave , they had the nerve to hand me a bill for 35. No apology. I was nice and respectful up until that time and let them know they had a lot of nerve even charging me as I sat there for 30 minutes with a wet head and they didn’t finish Clearly this is a racist establishment They should just tell non Asians they have no...
