Overall: 5/5 Great prices with amazing service. I actually tried to give an extra $$ tip on top of what they charged (they're well worth it) and they turned it down saying it's okay and just tell my friends instead. Super professional, definitely would recommend and come back.

Context: I came here for passport photos.

Pricing: 5/5 $10 for passport photos. I wanted 8 copies so they charged me $15. I like their pricing flexibility... I heard of places like CVS where it's $15 for 2 photos, and then for 8 prints it's $60 :-O

Service: 5/5 The woman who took my photo was extremely knowledgeable about the requirements for passport photos. That's the main thing about passport photos, it's not about how you look but making sure it's up to spec.

I had needed a passport size photos for business reason and this establishment definitely came through professionally. Hidden deep in Chinatown. I found this spot by simply Googling. Everyone in this local business definitely was busy assistant customers literally walking in and out in a timely manner. I whole heartedly believe everyone in this business deserves a raise something from the city; because not only is the prices for their photos service is fair and of high quality. It’s just simply professional! My photos came out amazing. I walked in I was immediately greeted by an employee friendly and professionally! I walked out satisfied with my purchase and now a regular for this business. Thank you to everyone.

My new go to for getting film developed, scanned and printed. Staff is really sweet and make good convo while you’re dropping things off or picking up. They also hold on to your negatives for a while so no rush to grab them. Scans almost always come within 1-2hrs by email which is clutch. The prints are awesome too, excellent quality overall and I’ve framed a few of my favourite pictures I got developed here already. Pricing is fair for all the services I get.
