CVS Pharmacy — Local services in New York

Absolutely terrible experience at this CVS location. The staff was completely inattentive and unprofessional. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to assist me with photo services — no one approached me, even though the store was nearly empty and multiple employees were just walking around. No one cared to help.

I had to call for a manager myself, who turned out to be just as rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing, he told me I had an “attitude” simply because I was frustrated after being ignored and made late to an important appointment.

Thankfully I've never needed pharmacy services at this location, but it's a frequent stop for last minute necessities because of their convenient location. Unfortunately, I'm assuming they've had a spat of hoodlums stealing their wares because several aisles have been locked and they've hired security.

Two problems: it's not that easy to find staff (although they're helpful when they are there), and two; NO ONE TOLD SECURITY THAT THE SELF-PAY GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO GO RECEIPTLESS. Why would I need to get a receipt for a 2.49 bottle when I didn't even swipe my membership card? It's not like I'll be back to return it if I don't like...
