OverGreens Salads & Juice — Restaurant in New York

Edit: I recently went back to this location after moving back to the area and the staff were incredibly rude. I went to the cash register to pick up my order and there was no other customers in the restaurant. One of the staff members was close to the register where the salads are and he just avoided making eye contact to help me. There were two girls at the other side of the counter and after a long while of me standing there the girl laughed and came over to help me, clearly aware at how rude her coworker was. I guess my error was I didn’t see the pickup sign all the way at the end of front stand. It would’ve taken a second for him to help me as he was doing nothing. Very weird to make fun of customers. I have frequented this restaurant often but won’t be returning as this was just a weird unnecessarily rude interaction. Original review: The food is always fresh and made with care. I would recommend their bowls and ask to have it tossed, it makes such a difference. I’ve been sick and have been ordering their fresh juices and I think it has made such a difference. I usually order delivery but was passing by the other day and dined in. The place is spotless, so clean you could lick off the floors. Me and my mom come here all the time for smoothies because they are so great. Today we ordered a large smoothie and large iced matcha latte. We sat by to wait for our Order. 5-7 minutes after we ordered 2 more girls came in and ordered. In about 5 minutes one of them got her order. By that point we’ve been waiting for about 10-12 minutes already. About a minute after I got my smoothie order and it was horrible. Felt like they added mango purée to water, the taste was so bland and just overall bad. After that, second girl got her order and they left. By that point we were already dissatisfied since people that came way after us got their order before us and left. Finally when i reminded them about our matcha latte, guy replied “we are doing it” and then proceeded to START( 15 minutes after we ordered) making it. He gave us medium hot matcha latte, we ordered large iced matcha latte:) when we told them that it’s supposed to be large and iced we got our order back again.
