They must be under new management or something because my experience here lately has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
On Friday I went to pick up my prescription about 15 minutes before closing. I waited about 5 minutes to be helped and while the pharmacists was attempting to put in my order for the following day, another staff was yelling at them to clock out while I was right there. This was incredibly unnecessary and RUDE to keep repeating and yelling āclock outā while the staff was trying to help me and setting me up for a pick up tomorrow. This left a very sour taste in my mouth.
I then return the following day after receiving a text confirmation my prescription is ready, only to wait 5 minutes and be told it was somehow lost. The same guy from the previous night is yelling out loudly and aggressively ātell them we donāt have it!! Itās out of stock!ā Idk if heās the manager or what but he has to seriously check his tone and volumeā he comes off as very offputting and aggressive for no reason. Iām certain there was a much more professional and discreet way of handling this.
I was then asked to return on Monday (this would be the third time I would have to come back) and at this point I decided to place a delivery order because itās evident the staff here is unorganized and unreliable at this point.
It is now Tuesday and I have gotten zero confirmation of a delivery and my prescription continues to show ready for pick up rather than scheduled delivery. I had to contact the pharmacy again only to be informed they were supposed to send a link for me to provide card information which, again, they did not do Saturday.
CVS pharmacy needs to take a deep look at how itās being run and do some serious introspection about the type of experience itās leaving with its patrons.
Getting medication at a pharmacy should not feel this difficult and overwhelming !
If you can go elsewhere, Iād recommend. Itāll save you the stress and...

The way I was treated at this pharmacy was simply disgusting. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, and to further disrespect me, did not even bother to explain why. The only comment I got was, "We do not feel comfortable filling this prescription.". When I asked why, I was told, "We are under no legal obligation to explain that to you.". How about the obligation to be compassionate and respectful to your patients who rely on you to receive their medicine. Medicine that people rely on to stay healthy on a day to day basis. To make things even worse the coward behind the pharmacy desk who treated me this way did not even have the balls to tell me this to my face. At first I was told that my prescription would be filled and that I had to wait an hour, but as soon as I left the pharmacy to go and walk around for a bit while waiting for my prescription I received an extremely rude phone call saying that my prescription would not be filled and was hung up on immediately after. I even had my doctor call the pharmacy back and they treated her the same way. The staff at my physician's office were simply shocked. I still do not understand why I was treated this was way and intend to do everything in my power to get an explanation. The first potential step to doing this is filing a complaint with the ADA. I am writing this review for any future patients that may be treated this way by the staff working at this particular pharmacy and the CVS pharmacy chain in general. Do not take it. Fight for your right to not be discriminated against no matter what kind of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely disgusting customer service. I came in on 10/22/25 to purchase items using an OTC insurance card like I have numerous times in the past at this location and never had a problem until this visit. When being rung up by a cashier named Shaneese (who was very rude right from the beginning) told me my insurance card wasn't going through and that I needed to call my insurance. I asked if she could try again and she refused. At this point, I turned and asked another cashier for help (who has never had a problem getting this to work for me) and if she could try one more time for me. While talking to this other cashier, Shaneese rolled her eyes at me and started humming and singing very disrespectfully, trying to be disruptive. This other cashier then refused as well. I asked to speak to a manager (named Jamel) who was no help at all and refused to give me Shaneese's name. I had to go and ask Shaneese myself for her name. I will be reaching out to CVS corporate to make them aware of what is going on at this location. Hopefully, this will lead to the changes that this CVS desperately needs to see. However, it is also important to note that I had a great experience talking with a manager named Singh who was very helpful. He tried my OTC card himself and it went through without any problems. He was very understanding when I explained the situation that occurred with Shaneese and he was more than willing to help me...
