Yâall do not understand just how amazing and generous Danielle is. She not only used her stunning talents as a broker the get my girlfriend and I the gorgeous apartment weâve been living in for a year now, but she also helped meâa near total stranger to herâorchestrate my proposal to my college sweetheart!!
Story time!
Iâve been with the love of my life for 10 years now, and one of my most cherished, crazy memories with her was the night we snuck into an unlocked, vacant apartment in the building I lived in. (We were both 19 and ridiculous then.)
It was the first time I ever told my girlfriend that I loved her, and 10 years later I had the wildest idea to try to recreate that exact moment in order to propose to her. The only problem, though, was figuring out how in the world I was going to do that in NYC without actually breaking the lawâŠ
In. Comes. Danielle. I reached out to her on a complete whim, thinking she would never actually waste her precious time as a professional broker with something so bizarre and so silly. But instead of sending me into her spam folder, she responded within the hour to tell me she thought the idea was cute and that she was in. I couldnât believe how lucky I was!!
Danielle found a landlord willing to loan us his empty unit (which was beautifully furnished for her showcases, I might add) and I managed to have a friend convince my gf to âgo apartment huntingâ with her, âget an important call she had to take,â and have Danielle let her in on her own. My gf came up to the unit, which was propped open, and when she entered she found a trail of 10 pictures of us from each year weâve been together with messages written behind each that lead to me on one knee behind a closed door. My gf was STUNNED and said yes!
None of this would have been possible without Danielle and her unbelievably kind spirit. I will never be able to thank her enough and I will always vouch for as both a broker and a human being for the rest...
Read moreWe met Danielle through friends who had sold their Park Slope condo with her. She was great to work with from the start - enthusiastic and eager, but never pushy. We were not ready to list immediately, but that didnât stop Danielle from helping, answering all of our questions, and working on our timeline to sell our co-op apartment in Boerum Hill.
In the end, we got a great price and one I would have told you was the max I would have anticipated when we started the process - and Danielle had a lot to do with it. Three things stood out.
First , she was always patient and focused on our goals. When the market was slow around the holidays, she never looked to settle for a mediocre price that might have gotten her a deal sooner but wouldnât have maximized the value for us.
Second, She was persistent until the very end. When we verbally accepted an offer, she kept showing âjust in case.â It turned out that offer fell through, but because of her persistence we ended up with another offer that turned out to be better, with little time lost.
Lastly, she is always responsive and will go above & beyond. We had moved out of state and had an emergency at the apartment. Danielle didnât hesitate to help out and head over to the apartment late at night to sort things out since we couldnât be there.
She did all of this and gave birth to her first child in the middle of the process. I call this out because it is a testament to her commitment to her clients. It doesnât matter how many listings she has or how busy she is, she will get the job done.
If you are looking for a hard working, committed, strategic agent who will be a great partner in this process, talk...
Read moreI highly recommend Danielle as a buyers or sellers agent in Manhattan or Brooklyn as I experienced her professionalism, responsiveness and good judgement in both situations. Danielle gets the job done!
In 2020 mid-pandemic I was looking to sell my studio in Manhattan and buy a 1 bedroom in Brooklyn and met Danielle online through streeteasy.
Danielle really invests the time to understand her client's objectives and so we decided to look to buy first. She was very informed about the Brooklyn market and tirelessly showed me over 20 properties, and we bid on 6 - always coming up short of the crazy bids people were making in Brooklyn that summer!!! Then we saw this sweet 1 bedroom in Fort Greene with south and east facing windows - something I really wanted . We bid the asking price initially and I recall Danielle calling on the day for final bids and asked if I could up my bid a little. I did and the sellers accepted my offer! I've been living here for almost a year and I am so happy with my space and the neighbourhood!
We then listed my studio in Manhattan. Danielle created a beautiful online listing with gorgeous photos and a video and advertised the property aggressively. It was Fall headed into winter and then Omicron hit, so the market had quietened down...Danielle stuck it out with me and we recalibrated the offer price at the start of the Spring season and we had 3 offers in a week! I finally close on my sale last month and I'm really grateful for her guidance, expertise and response.
If you are looking for an agent who has got your back, and will be honest and upfront with you, pick Danielle. I did not regret my decision and I would...
