Darling Moon Flower — Local services in New York

I found Darling Moon Flower on Instagram years ago, and when I saw them advertising flower arranging classes at just the moment I was looking for things to do with my family in town, I booked it! We had a fabulous time.

The owner’s instructions and feedback were clear and helpful, the flowers were gorgeous, and I learned several tips and tricks I’d never heard before! And we each made (and took home!) a flower arrangement in a vase that looked quite professional!! She also wrapped our masterpieces up nicely and put them in paper bags to make them easy to carry out and take on the train.

I was in a bind and needed a nice flower arrangement quickly. This little flower shop is located inside a coffee shop. The service for both the flowers and coffee was pleasant and efficient. She had a display of several types of flowers in different colors and shapes. I wasn't sure what I wanted and am not very good with making my own flower arrangements. I told the women working I needed a flower arrangement as a thank you gift for a friend and was looking to spend around $50 to $60 dollars. She quickly picked a fall themed flower arrangement and wrapped it up beautifully with tissue paper and ribbon. We were in and out with our coffee and flowers in under 20mins. We had Alice and her team from Darling Moon Flowers do the floral arrangements for our wedding, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Incredibly talented, unbelievably professional, and truly dedicated.

They showed up in the pouring rain only to find out that all the seating arrangements had to be changed but they didn’t flinch. They rolled with it, worked their magic, and transformed the venue into something absolutely stunning.

If it weren’t for Alice and her team’s professionalism and grace under pressure, our wedding could’ve easily turned into a disaster. Instead, it was magical. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful everything looked.
