Delta, American, United Airlines Flight Booking & Customer Service — Local services in New York

Traveled a year ago, paid for seat selection for my children, mother and self. Received an email the day before at night with different seats and we were all over the plane. Customer service was rude and said there was nothing they can do. Finally at like 3am, yes am! I was able to get someone who found the last row on the plane for us. Then checking in the car seat at the airport was a mess and security took over 2 hours to get through bc both domestic and International was together. When I got to the front, I asked the delta agent why it was mixed and informed him that I was almost missing my flight. The agent responded with I should have come earlier. I can’t believe how horrible my experience was on Delta flight DL2347 from Miami to LaGuardia, NY. The filth between the seats was absolutely disgusting—clearly, cleanliness is not a priority for Delta. But the worst part? Upon landing, the luggage compartments above the seats opened mid-landing, with two bags nearly falling on passengers! This was not only unprofessional but extremely dangerous. I felt unsafe and completely disappointed. Delta, how could you allow this to happen?

I ordered the spicy vodka pizza which is supposed to come with prosciutto. I took a bite and saw no prosciutto just cheese so I took it back. The nasty girl at the front refused to give me my money back and the owner told I took one bite and I can’t exchange it because they can’t give it to someone else…what does that even mean?!
