A year later & a month later. Ms. Maggie Mr. Armando at the Manhattan location etiquette mannerism professionalism phenomenal customer service speaks in high volume. I inquired of Venus treatment about 4 weeks ago. For years I’ve struggled with weight cellulite & fat on my thighs & arms.

After speaking speaking with Manager Eridnaher expertise on which body parts I should start treatment,I began.

Ms. Maggie’s warmth welcome at the time of paying and scheduling my appointments, h thank etiquette speaks in high volume. Maggie goes beyond her work duties; my x2 weekly has been such a phenomenal experience. Today I also Have Armando scheduling my appointments with his loving ways. This office is amazing.

The professional Medical Esthetician Eli my permanent & Melissa ME that do treatments are so ethical & professional very informative with healthy body living (advice) This office is the best in New York. Professional setting with family setting.

The Venus & Meso session is transforming my body per session. I am so satisfied with my treatment and office experience. This is a lifestyle. I have build a new regimen dietary, sleeping, cardio water intake etc…

I was interested in getting Chin Lipo done at Derma Clinic Laser & Lipo. I was assisted by a consultant named Andrea, who told me they offer financing through a third party called Cherry. The payment plan seemed within my budget, but I started feeling uneasy because Andrea was very pushy. She assured me that all I had to do was pay the first installment of $116.68, and if I changed my mind, the clinic would reverse the payment and cancel the plan with Cherry.

Based on that assurance, I agreed and made the payment. Soon after, she sent me several forms to sign for the procedure. I reviewed them and decided not to move forward with the Chin Lipo. I informed Andrea right away and requested a refund to my original payment method. However, she told me that I had to sign the forms first in order to receive a refund, which made no sense since I had already stated I no longer wanted the procedure. When I refused to sign, she then told me that I would not be refunded and would still be responsible for paying Cherry, even though no service was performed.

Please be extremely careful when dealing with this clinic. Do not rely on verbal promises, get everything in writing. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I truly feel misled. Less than 24 hours had passed, yet they refused to issue a refund.

UPDATE: Cherry Inc. issued a partial refund, but I’m still being held responsible for $500, despite never receiving any service, treatment, or product, and despite the fact that I never signed any forms authorizing this. Please be very cautious before providing this clinic with any personal or financial information. The clinic even created a fake invoice claiming that services were rendered, which is completely false, unethical, and fraudulent. Creating and submitting a false invoice for services that were never performed is highly...

I went in today & had Fractional co2 Laser Treatments done on my face, neck & hands. I was treated with the utmost care, professionalism & efficiency. The clinic is a beautiful clean and modern facility. They keep up-to-date with all the new COVID-19 rules & regulations, so I was not concerned about my health or safety whatsoever. Maggie scheduled my appointment & assisted me upon arrival. She is extremely well informed, friendly & helpful. My technician was Vanessa and she is hands-down the best at performing Fractional co2 Laser Treatments because they are painful (even with the numbing cream) but she does them quickly & with as little pain as possible. I feel the treatments are definitely worth the money & pain bc the results are phenomenal! Obviously these laser treatments are the most effective treatments available to us right now for reducing fine lines/wrinkles, spots, scars & regenerating our own collagen & elastin layer. Although, I’m not going to lie, they are painful but again worth the end result. Imagine the worst sunburn of your life and that’s basically what you feel like for about 2 hours post procedure. But if you want to prevent fine lines from turning into deeper wrinkles or if you want to reduce existing wrinkles the Fractional co2 Laser Treatments are your best option. Vanessa is an absolute doll & in my opinion an expert level technician who knows how to listen to what you “the customer” wants, while making the laser treatments bearable. She was able to get through my entire face, neck & both hands in an hour. Thank you so much Vanessa & Dermaclinic! I will definitely be back to follow-up with at least 2 more sessions to make sure I reach my goal of removing all of the fine lines from my forehead & removing my smile lines.
