There was a concern with weather predicted on the day of our arrival but Guy called us the day before and made excellent suggestions for an alternative plan and he was spot on. We had a gorgeous day and Guy ensured that we still arrived on time for our schedule event. While my husband and I were nervous at first, Guy took excellent care of us.

We can't say enough about our tour guide Bryant. This guy was a wealth of knowledge about the city, has a great sense of humor was very open to questions and comments. Bryant does not make this a self guided tour but gets off the bus with you and explains sites along the way. For example, Bryant boards the Staten Island Ferry with you, tells you were to stand and will even take your picture. Additionally, Bryant makes the best recommendations for meals and food items that you can't get from a book. Thanks to Bryant, I have no doubt that my scale will be showing elevated numbers! For years to come we will be talking about the excellent experience that Bryant provided.

We also need to thank Catherine that was there for our security and would watch our items for us when we would get off the bus.

It was my first time in NYC, and I only had 3 days so my decision to book a tour with Small Bus Tours NYC was definitely the right one as there was no way I could cover so much on my own plus I got to learn so much about NYC from the true New Yorkers. It was my lucky day as the other shuttle was full so I had my own private tour with Guy and Frankie plus a supervisor, Catherine, as each group is supposed to have one. Frankie is a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide with such a fun personality. I had the best time ever spending these 6 hours with him exploring one of the most fantastic cities in the world. It’s a driving tour with plenty of stops and walking around, and I seriously don’t know how Guy and Frankie plan all the pick ups in this crazy traffic as we never had to wait even a minute for our shuttle. You do get to see all the main attractions but, of course, there is so much more to see and explore. We spent quite a bit of time at 9/11, and it was such a touching experience, and I will definitely remember it forever. It was so special to hear everything from a person who was right there when everything happened, and it’s hard to believe that it’s been almost 19 years.... All the personal touches made this really special, and I can’t wait to go...
