I recently had my 2nd visit to Dr Lanna’s office. First of all, I want to thank all the girls at the front desk reception…. They are professional, knowledgeable and so welcoming. In today’s times, that’s not very common. This time I met with Dr Virginia for full face Botox. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Virginia was so welcoming, listened to my concerns, then made suggestions as to what she thought would be best. She was so sincere and encouraging. I truly valued her input and honesty. Now, let’s talk about Shirley !!!! Just WOW. Her professionalism and expertise are unmatched. She explained everything from A to Z, making sure I understood every detail of the treatment. She answered all my questions without hesitation, even about other services I was interested in. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and informed.

For my Botox, I wanted a completely snatched and frozen look from my forehead to my eyes, with a delicate, refined touch on my nose to prevent flaring and enhance a petite look. Shirley absolutely delivered! Her hands were incredibly soft and precise I barely felt a thing. I was nervous about the Botox on my nose, but to my surprise, I felt almost nothing! At one point, I even thought I’d need one of those stress ball squeezers, but honestly, I didn’t need it at all because the whole process was so smooth and painless.
