August 8th at around 5 p.m. A sales associate named Valentina, who appeared to have short-to-medium black hair, was extremely rude.
When my friend and I were trying on belts in front of the mirror, she repeatedly squeezed past us without saying “excuse me” or “sorry,” with a cold expression. No matter where I stood, she always seemed to “need” to go exactly to that spot, forcing me to move aside.
The store was completely quiet at the time — there were no other customers, only the two of us. After I had spoken a few words in my own language, I overheard her and another associate loudly imitating what I said in a mocking tone. This was deeply disrespectful and unprofessional, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She then stayed in the back and avoided eye contact.
The three associates standing behind the counter chatting gave off the exact vibe of a high school bullying clique. The only exceptions were the security guard at the door and a blonde female associate, who at least showed basic customer service.

Every time I go it feels like no one cares and the store itself never looks taken care of. Walking into the Soho store was the complete opposite. The place was stocked, the energy was high, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful on both floors.
Sydney in particular deserves recognition. She greeted me right away before I even had the chance to look around, checked in on me throughout my shopping, and even started a fitting room for me without me needing to ask. She made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. It might sound like the bare minimum, but these days you’re lucky if someone even says hello when you walk into a store. Her service stood out so much that I ended up spending $1000 because she made the experience that easy.
Big cheers to Sydney and the Soho team for reminding me what great customer...

My boyfriend and I came in specifically for a hat but also wanted to look around, he found a long sleeve that he wanted to buy for me, but unfortunately, we couldn’t find my size. As I got up, I noticed the blonde girl with the ponytail send a message on her phone and looked right at her coworker who looked at her phone right then and read something that made both of them laugh and look at my boyfriend and I.
This experience definitely made me look at the company in a different light. If you hire staff that treat paying customers like they shouldn’t be there, then shame on you. Customers bring money to your establishment. Don’t treat them nasty. Those girls definitely acted childish for...
