I would give Isaac and Ilana at dream gems 10 stars if that was an option. My husband and I don’t splurge on jewelry really ever. We don’t know much about diamonds and were afraid of getting ripped off at posh jewelry stores- which we were when we bought my original engagement ring in 2012. For our 7 year anniversary my husband decided to upgrade my wedding set. Too bad we didn’t know of dream gems sooner. Isaac created the wedding set of my dreams for a price that even shocked us! The attention to detail for my custom set and clarity of stones was simply breathtaking. he even encorporated my birthstone into a small crown under the diamond. I’ve never seen anything like it! I enjoy every minute wearing it soooo much!! So naturally when we were ready to make another purchase this year- we visited Isaac again. With his wife Ilana’s guidance we ordered a beautiful rose gold necklace with our 3 kids names in diamonds. I’m so happy with my new necklace, i just still can’t believe he was able to pull it off for such a bargain and in time for the holidays! Don’t be fooled by the size of the booth. Dream Gems, run by Isaac and his wife, is a true cut above the rest. After wandering into their store on a random Sunday, I was warmly greeted without any pushy salesmanship (which is rare for the diamond district), and seeing a beautiful sapphire, they instantly stood out from the other hard sales shops on the street. No matter how many other shops I went to (I did some thorough shopping around) it only confirmed to me that they were the people I knew I could trust with such a large purchase.

I ended up getting three pieces of custom jewelry that I couldn't be happier with, all at very fair prices. Isaac even took the time to get them appraised for me, had the jewelry maker make tweaks for me (I was being very particular), and introduced me to others that he knew so I could get custom boxes made.

Isaac and his wife truly stand apart from all of the competition in terms of being trust worthy, standing by their word, being truly dedicated to producing an amazing product and making sure that you walk away happy. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac when we went to get an appraisal for our insurance. After hearing his knowledge of the stones he sells on top of seeing his incredible selection, I knew that’d I’d be back to him for my wedding band.

When the day came to get our bands, Isaac, again, did not disappoint!! There were so many options to choose from, but not too many to make me feel overwhelmed. I described what I was envisioning to Isaac and he pulled an assortment of styles for me to try on. He helped me find the most perfect band to compliment my ring and I could not be happier. He also had a great selection for my fiancé who ended up going with a beautiful gold band.
