AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! Walked in and asked OWNER if they did acrylic since that’s what I was specifically looking for. She said YES and she rushed me into a seat with a nail technician. I asked technician how much for full she quoted $68 I agreed. Then she started applying gel tips and cured under the UV light. I work as a bartender, so it was looking for something more durable than gel tips, but since it was my birthday, and I needed to get something on my nails before my big party tomorrow I just went along with it. The owner came over during the process five minutes in and started doing the other hand (for only 5 mins) and I thought perhaps this is just because she wanted to rush the procedure to get as many customers in and out, even though the place was not busy. When it became time to pay, they charged me $98 NOT $68 as I was quoted. Not sure where the other $30 came from as the technician told me pick a color and I asked if it was extra and owner said “same price, you do color or no color same price” . So I assumed the color was included in the price. So I reluctantly paid $98! When I tried to leave a tip for the technician through her Venmo the owner stated yelling at the technician and demanded I pay the her, the owner a tip in her personal Venmo and not the technician that did 99% of the work. The technician was very upset. She would not be receiving her tip and left in a hurry, throwing an ink pin as she rushed out the door. It was quite the scene. Two days later, my first nail popped off. I had to work that weekend and I didn’t look good so I went back to the salon and the owner replaced it and she made a joke. OK see you tomorrow possibly knowing that they were all going to start coming off day by day . The next day another nail popped off. I went back and she replaced that one. However, on the third day, I lost two more nails this was a total of four nails I lost in just half a wk! When I went back at 3pm the owner told me to come back later at 5 PM when the original nail technician would be there. When I went back, of course the original technician was not even working that day (I honestly think she quit after that fiasco) and the owner was nowhere to be found. The owner is there all the time I see because I live on the block. There’s no way that she would leave her salon unattended. I suspect she was just hiding in the back waiting for me to leave. I asked everyone at the salon where the owner was, and they refused to speak to me and just shrugged their shoulders. I said I would wait until she came back but after 20 mins I knew I was just wasting my time and she was not going to come out until I left to address this issue. I took pictures of all of the documentation on the wall and want to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but they are not even listed. The three times I was there were very uncomfortable. The owner would get up to go to the back and reprimand the women for not being out front flagging customers and was often yelling at them. Me and the other customers next to me, were looking at each other very uncomfortable, as it just seemed very unprofessional. The owner would literally get up from working on her client to go to the back to yell at her workers. The owner also hurt my nail as she was using the buffer to aggressively cause the side of my skin to bleed, and another customer sitting next to me mentioned she was too aggressive with her as well. The following week I lost a total of six nails and within 10 days all of my nails were completely gone with very painful stubs as it ripped off my original nails underneath and caused them to bleed. This is a warning to avoid this place all cost. I live on this block and right by often and see that the salon is usually empty now I understand why. Luckily, I was able to get charge back...

Whatever you do avoid this nail salon at all costs. TLDR: my 15 yr old cousin was assaulted by the woman in charge who burned her nails via the LED light and then grabbed her arm and clipped all her nails off for trying to leave after being verbally assaulted for asking for changes to her nails. My little 15 year old cousin was in town and wanted to get her nails done so after dinner we looked up closest salon to us which was this one. Reviews looked decent so we thought nothing of it. First red flag was the lady said anything to get us In the door and down in a seat. She told my cousin it would take only 30 minutes to do a full set of gel extensions tips. Once my cousin sat down the woman immediately started gluing on tips, it took her less than 5 minutes to glue on 5 nails, paying little to no attention to detail but it gets WAY WORSE. When my cousin finally saw how quick she was going she wanted to confirm that the woman would cut them shorter and shape them. The woman said NO. She said “ you chose these nails and this length!!!” And essentially started yelling at us. I finally Interupted her because I could tell my cousin was confused and scared and I said “hey she’s the customer so how can we make sure she gets the nails she wants?” The woman said she had no time to shape them or cut them (mind you there was only one other person in the salon and she was already being helped). She continued to yell at my cousin for “criticizing her work.” I have never experienced anything like this. Even the other employee turned to us and said “she’s crazy” speaking about this and woman who appeared to be her boss. The woman finally burned my cousin with the LED lamp and she screamed. That was absolutely enough. I said we’re leaving, we’ll pay you for your time but no more than $30. She started SCREAMING at us saying THESE TIPS ARE $100!!!! At which time she GRABBED MY LITTLE COUSIN AND STARTED CLIPPING OFF HER NAILS! I was in absolute shock. I could not believe she grabbed my cousin and put her hands on her. Had she just asked to clip off the nails, she would’ve been more than happy to sit down and take them off. Instead this woman assaulted her and left her with bruises. we filed a police report to hopefully ensure this experience never happens to anyone else. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS PLACE SHOULD...

I arrived into NY and needed my broken moving nails and googled Nail Shops LES open late Breeze was my only closest option, I booked an appointment. When I arrived there was really one person that did the gels the Owner. She barked orders at the other tech that was prepping clients. My cuticles are trash! Now on to the nasty gel "fill" My nails were almost a full 6 weeks out from my last service, we had just moved one of my nails were broken off and I had another hanging on by a thread. She put on extensions, when it came to taking off and cleaning up my previous gel she used friggin NAIL GLUE vs. cleaning everything up and building up a new base from my outgrowth! I almost died! I was stuck, had 2 days of back to back meetings before I had to fly back home. She was pulling my finger so hard I thought she (Suni) was going to break the tip of my finger off. When she was done, she says "see, I work fast" Well you be the judge. I would give 1/4 of a star point...
