I can't think of a better butcher shop than this one in entire Manhattan.

Meats are always fresh and of top quality. I've tried their steaks, lamb, pork spare ribs, chicken thighs, liver, spare bones for the broth and sausages of course. Butchers are very friendly and they make you comfortable even if you're visiting for the very first time. They listen to your demands carefully and prepare the meats exactly how you want them to be.

Prices are great. There is no match for it. You can't expect any cheaper meats in the midtown area. It's a family owned shop and it's been around for a very long time. They do care about their customers.

Lastly, leaving without their chicken sausages should be considered an offense. I personally have not tasted any better sausages in my life. Don't leave without...

Not many customers can say this……..I first started going to this butcher shop with my parents when there was at least 4 other butcher shops located within 3 blocks. At that time Robert his brother, father and uncle ran the operation. Back in the day you were able to get store credit with a handshake. Over 55 years later Bobby and Hector the “dynamic duo” are still providing the best service and have the best selection and quality in NYC. They have everything in stock! I work in the city and live over 50 miles away but still buy meat every week of the year! My mother in law travels from Sheepshead’s Bay to buy meat.
