8:00PM 7/29 - whoever the woman was at the front desk on the second floor is the rudest and most insensitive rep I’ve ever spoken to. I was really upset about how you dissed at my inclination to book the room on the second floor over the one upstairs due to a class that just had ended (yes I understand that I am entitled to have that room if I book it but I don’t want to make things awkward by chasing out my teacher who was wrapping up a lesson in the room upstairs). You should not have argued with me on this, when the two rooms are both equally available. During the first time I came here, the people at the front desk were super professional and had every requested equipment brought to my booking room. But you wanted me to carry the stand and the mic myself into the room. When I politely asked if she has someone do it on a precautionary basis, you strongly indicated that I should book the room upstairs where the mic was - where my teacher was wrapping up her lesson. You also couldn’t seem to find my data in the system, and questioned me over and over if I booked it under my name, even when my bank statement had my booking charged. This situation might be such a small thing, but I did not appreciate your condescending and self-righteous attitude towards younger students and customers. I hope either your manager or yourself can read this so you can be more professional and conscious about the way you present...

He is always kind, always encouraging, extremely informative and wonderfully compassionate. No matter what nerves I may be feeling about my audition or negotiating how long I’ll need in a studio, when I reach the top of those steps and he is behind the desk, I know his keen ability to put my mind at ease will immediately be activated.

Read moreI always go here for dance classes, it is easy to rent and i guess they take cash but not sure about card, the hourly rate is not that expensive. there are all kinds of classes, also a big facility, have plenty rooms and also they are big, there is another repley- grier studio, it is 5-7 mins walk from 33rd path/ penn station.
