This place is shady. I get the same items weekly and have noticed over the last few weeks they charge me different prices each time, when I question it they give bogus answers. It’s sad because it’s in my neighborhood and I want to support local but yesterday I was chased and yelled to pay for my groceries after checking out with another clerk. They price gauge often, Taro chips are 7.99 there and $3.79 at Whole Foods. She accused me of trying to cheat her and said that young people these days do that. This place is amazing! They carry rare/exotic produce, organic produce, all with appropriate pricing! Some things are actually cheaper than Trader Joe’s! You can get things like red currants, gooseberries, lemongrass, rhubarb, tarragon, micro-greens, etc. This is now the only place I shop for avocados! Staff is always sweet and attentive.
