I have been going to f45 for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. I took about a 6 month break from exercising regularly because I just couldn't motivate myself and f45 was what got me to starting loving working out again. The strength classes are my favorite and I also really enjoy the hybrid classes. The cardio classes are hard but I feel so accomplished after I am finished. The coaches at F45 are amazing. They are very motivating and encouraging! They take the time to go around and correct form. The movements are always changing so it is super helpful having someone to explain movements and make corrections or modification to the movements. The studio is clean and neat, there are cubbies to store your stuff and bathrooms and a shower. They have plenty of towels to use during your workout. They also have recovery equipment to use after your workouts to help with a quicker recovery. F45 is a great and supportive community and overall would highly recommend f45...

Having been a dedicated F45 goer for quite some time now, I am thrilled about this new location. I enjoy the high energy high intense style of workouts offered. The facility is brand new with all the top quality equipment you need in order to get a good workout in (not to mention very clean). The trainers are very knowledgeable and help motivate you through the challenging workouts. As other reviews have pointed out, there is a chance of injury just like other strenuous activities. I don’t care how nice your gym is, blasting music at 6am despite the protests of your neighbors is not only unneighborly, it’s straight up criminal- I hope the cops shut them down for repeatedly violating noise levels in a RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.
