I've been going to Mocha Burger in NoHo/SoHo with my family since it opened. We love having a quality kosher venue when we're in SoHo, and we've also gone there especially from the UWS.
From appetizers to salads to satay to steaks and, of course, the burgers, there are plenty of options to satisfy every guest. My family particularly enjoys the Buffalo Lollies, and the Dino Rib is a must-try (just bring an ample appetite).
Meals are presented attractively and are generously sized. Everything is always hot and fresh.
Service is attentive and friendly, and when we were there a few days ago, we met Vered, the owner. She was gracious and welcoming, and seemed to take a great deal of pride in her business.
Mocha Burger also now has a broad selection of alcoholic beverages (including cocktails). I remember them only having mocktails when we first went there, but noticed this had been added since we last visited.
When we can't get to Mocha Burger, we also order delivery from the smaller Mocha Burger Express on the UES, and have been equally as satisfied as when we've eaten in the NoHo location.

Read moreI went with my lady on Friday night, and while we were initially excited by the lively atmosphere, good music, and late hours, things quickly went downhill. Our waitress was inattentive and unprofessional. The burgers were dry and lacked flavor, and the buns weren’t any better—just unappetizing overall. To make matters worse, we ordered drinks at the start of our meal, but they didn’t arrive until we were almost finished eating—and we didn’t even like them. For a bill that totaled over $150 for just two burgers, one order of fries, and two drinks, the experience was incredibly underwhelming. Honestly, we both agreed we would’ve been happier...
